Ronnie Radke a eu plusieurs altercations avec la police depuis 2006. Il a également été condamnée à 5 années de sursis en liberté surveillée pour sa participation à un combat qui a eu lieu en mai 2006. Le combat à mené à la mort par balle de Michael Cooks, 18 ans, tué par un ami proche de Ronnie Radke présent sur les lieux et qui était armé. Ronnie Radke, réellement impliqué dans le meurtre, à plaidé coupable. Le groupe a alors du stopper tout voyage et n'a pas donné d'autre commentaire concernant les faits...
